Chairman Johnson; Supervisor Sockwell; Supervisor Watson;
I am Elmer Whittaker from Golden Valley Arizona, 709 S Mormon Flat Rd
I am in support of the review and investigation of the Library Lease Contract as motioned by Supervisor Watson.
Chairman Johnson, I wanted to say a few words to the answers we the people received at the last Supervisor Meeting on January 10th regarding the Library Lease in which we the people were told by you, that the Board of Supervisors does not discriminate.
Actually I find the opposite to be true. Over the past few years the Board of Supervisors has discriminated against many of their constituents, including denied them access to the auditorium, refused to let them speak, or having them arrested or dragged out of the building for innumerous reasons.
May I respectfully request that the Chairman no longer tells the people, his constituents, that they are not being discriminated against.
To the people it is bad enough if they find themselves discriminated against, they should not have to suffer insult to injury in my opinion.
